1) Choose your dates. Bookings must be made for the entire swim window (Monday to Friday). A specific day cannot be selected. Your swim may take place at any point during this window, depending on the weather and lake conditions. Remember to be prepared and remain flexible!

2) Secure your dates. You must agree to our Terms and Conditions and pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. Other Guided Swims may be booked during your window, priority is determined on a first come, first served basis.

3) Complete your paperwork. After reservation, you must send us your completed paperwork within the stipulated deadlines, including Swimmer Information, LLSA Medical, and Self-Assessment Swim forms. Note that the LLSA cannot accept any other medical forms except our own (e.g. CSA or CS&PF), although most doctors are happy to sign off more than one form for different swims during one visit.

4) Payments. Please bear in mind that any fees paid to the LLSA cannot be deferred, transferred, or refunded.
